We Land, We Wrench, We Roll

The support we give is not a one-way street.

The never-ending pursuit of impartial mechanical professional support is a long winding road that we traversed against all odds to create a package that we believe is difficult to match and hardly feasible to appreciate unless needed.

The brands that help us still ocassionally do not grasp what is it that we actually do but that is the magic of our partnerships- we do what we do best while you support us. The leverage we gain with events organisers and those behind the sport translates into data driven support that hasn’t been seen yet.

Imagine a set up for anyone to use with 95% of spares from all brands you can think of, manned by professionals with decades of experience that are willing to go beyond what’s even possible to get you back on the hill, supported by brands otherwise unable to create the same impact working alone. Now copy this setup and imagine hot dropping it anywhere in the world.

We started using the model in the UK following years of hands on deck, feet on the ground, rubbing shoulders with them all kind of testing. We appear at the events where people can rely upon the support regardless of the team, brand, bikes, age, sex, speed, skill, style, discipline…

It took us almost 3 years to get here- we started from what was described lately as ‘used to be almost XC set up’ and nowadays we are able to replace frame bearings on the go, to build wheels on the go, to swap hub bearings on the go while carrying enough to replace any cassette, freehub body, tyre, mech, handle bar, chain, crank, pedals, grips, you name it…

It proved (and still does) to be missing at the major events. The support is not anything new but this level of support is simply non existing and the best thing?

IT IS FREE TO THE EVENT ORGANISERS. Free to the end user too. We ask for donations to our Community Interest Company. All the parts purchased are 20% OFF RRP automatically, courtesy of the organisers. They do ocassionally end up as cheap as the Internet prices.

No catch. No T&Cs. No BS. No excuses.

We land. We support. We keep you going. We go to the next event. Brands help us so we help the organisers to help the riders. It is a two-way street indeed.
