The circular economy isn’t some new idea and it truly makes me sad how sometimes we don’t talk about it.
Recycle. Reuse. Repurpose.
The idea of reusing materials around us isn’t a 21st century phenomenon but rather a centuries old necessity to avoid feared shortages and depletion of said resources.
To drive the mindset change and to introduce this idea to the ever wasteful society is what we’re getting paid for.
Someone lately asked me how can I justify making money on something someone paid for and chose to dispose. It made me think about my role as a circular business.
I teach and influence behavioral change. I pave the way to less waste and fewer dependencies on non-renewables. I offer alternatives to non-replenishables and show how to increase the independence from the above.
I don’t get paid to recycle a bicycle.
I get paid because I do it and I can show you how too. I train those who can show you too. The way I affect the market is my impact and the amount of that impact is my legacy.
What do you get paid for?
